- Please us an E-mail with the Tracking Information as soon as the Seller Provides it to you.

- WA Driver’s License (which must have your current residential address printed on it).

- A signed copy of a HB1143 Training Certificate [ See https://sporting-systems.com/free-hb1143-training/].

This is required to pick up the firearm, so if you don’t have it when we start the paperwork, you can provide it later at the time of pick-up.

We cannot keep these on file, so we need to see a copy each time.

- A Copy of the Sellers Invoice (PDF please, we can’t use JPG or Screenshots) to verify that they collected WA Sales Tax (or determine what is due if not).

Please forward this as soon as you can so that I may provide your Balance Due.

- Balance Due - $69.89* ($50.00 Transfer Fee per Firearm + $18.00 WA Background Check Fee + $1.89 WA Sales Tax on Background Check Fee + $TBD WA Sales Tax).

Terms are Cash or Check.

* = Assuming 1 Firearm and no additional WSP Sales Tax needs to be collected per the sellers invoice.
